We are Newtown’s florist. For 34 years, we have served the greater Newtown community delivering our customer’s best wishes and the freshest flowers. Our long lasting flowers bring comfort and joy. We appreciate and respect our customer’s feedback. Kindly let us know how you liked your flowers.
Every order is as important to us as it is to you. We make every effort to please our customers with beautiful flowers and wonderful service. Knowing that flowers are natural and perishable, we make every attempt to fortify our products to ensure quality, accuracy and beauty. Many factors determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether the design is something that will be enjoyed. We constantly seek ways to bring these variables under control. We welcome your comments and inquiries. If you are not satisfied with the quality of one of our designs, please contact us immediately so we may take appropriate action.
- We will do everything in our power to make a delivery for our customers. If a local order is placed before 2:00pm on weekdays, same day delivery is available. If a local order is placed before 12:00pm on Saturday, delivery will be made that day.
- Timed deliveries: due to the fact that we must arrange our deliveries based on a request, we have an additional charge for timed deliveries. Otherwise, we consider a morning delivery any time before 12:00pm and an afternoon delivery before 5:00pm.
- If no one is home and you request that we leave a delivery, you, the customer must take responsibility for the order. We will advise you if the weather is conducive for leaving the delivery and we will take care as to where it is left i.e. a shaded spot, a visible spot, a covered porch, etc.
Newtown Florist is committed to bringing comfort and joy to people’s lives from the beginning to the end and every occasion in between. Because of the nature, seasonality and availability of flowers and plants and the limited amount of some of our hand crafted, boutique gifts, it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value and product. We make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of the ordered product or item. In single variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For example if white daisies are ordered they may be substituted for another color daisy, not another white flower.
